Zatar Mix
Ingredients:
- Zatar (Dry zatar mix is usually sold at Middle Eastern specialty stores.)
- Oil
Mixing Directions:
Mix a little oil at a time into the dry zatar mix until it reaches the consistency of a moist, thick spread. A little zatar mix goes a long way, so mix this in small quantities until you get a good feel for how much you will need for a given quantity of manaeesh.
