Spinach Filling
Ingredients:
- 12 ozs spinach, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs oil
Directions:
Mix the spinach and the salt. Lift a handful of spinach, squeeze the water out, and put that handful in another pan. Keep doing this until the original pan is empty. Dry out the original pan.
Add the chopped onion. Again, squeeze the water out from one pan to another.
Mix in everything else.
