Lebany Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lebany (plain, drained yogurt)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
Mix the onion, cinnamon, pepper, and salt. Squeeze out the excess water by hand.
After squeezing out the water, mix the onions and spices with the lebany and oil.
