Dough
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs flour (save some for rolling the dough)
- 1 heaping tbs yeast
- 1 tbs salt
- 5 cups warm water (more if needed)
- ¼ cup oil
Cooking Directions:

Cooking Directions:
Knead dough thoroughly. Cover it with a cloth soaked in warm water (so it won't dry out) and let it rise. Roll the dough into one pound balls. Set the balls on a non-stick or lightly oiled surface and cover them with a cloth soaked in hot water.
